Formed in March 2003, new colour soul have quickly taken the live scene by storm, playing their first gig only 4 weeks from forming, to rave reviews. Since then they have gone on to secure a residency in Slatterys of rathmines and Sosume of Georges street and are playing many high profile gigs during the summer of 2003 to coincide with the release of their debut EP. The talent ranges from far and wide with front man & guitarist Besty hailing from West Cork, drummer Jenko from Dublin, bass by Jiri from the Czech Republic, and the French connection Bertrand on sax. The sound is a unique blend of original uptempo funk and soul, with a rocky edge, guaranteed to get the party going!
